Needless to say, the education has assumed paramount importance these days in the present scenario. In this globalization era, there is demand for professionally trained graduates and post graduates, who can handle challenges effectively, realising the need for imparting value, based education, we started Vaagdevi Degree & PG College in 1993.Since then, we have been continuously marching towards excellence. We have experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic faculty striving to shape the careers of the students to match the expectations of industry as well as the society. We are involve all our stakeholders, academicians, entrepreneurs, professionals, and alumni , to achieve our goal. We have taken utmost care in providing state-of- the-art infrastructure including hi-tech interactive class rooms, computer labs with latest computer resources, well stacked library with digital access, AC seminar hall, conference rooms, placement cell and other amenities.

It is a great pleasure to be associated with Vaagdevi Degree & P.G. college as the Director.I strongly believe that any organization's development is directly proportionate to the dedication and commitment of the staff and students in putting their whole hearted efforts.Our Vaagdevians with all their efforts have realized the dream in achieving 27 yrs of academic excellence. I feel very fortunate enough to serve the college as the Principal and feel great please with the completion of 28th year of the organization. As you know, any organizations development depends on the commitment, dedication and hard work put in by its staff and students and the unique feature of the college is its harmonious blend of the retired, experienced, young and dynamic faculty who have been serving the organization in achieving it. Its family environment compels the employees to work with great intimacy and co-ordination.

Nevertheless, our young and dynamic leader Honourable Secretary and Correspondent Dr. Ch.Devender Reddy Garu stands always in the front line to provide the sophisticated infrastructural facilities and the much needed support for the Academic growth of the college which paved the way for the college to be recognized as one among the most sought premier institutions in Telangana Region.
