Non-Statutory Committees

• Constituted Mainly to address and resolve students grievance. Primary role is to provide a clear, transparent, impartial mechanism for students to raise and address their written and signed complaints regarding matters directly affecting them.
• SGRC to make Recommendation & Reporting, Ensuring a fair and impartial resolution. Educating students about their rights and responsibilities grievance and its redressal process.

• Timely release of Notification of Examination fee payment both for the U.G & P.G courses conduct of all theory & Practical exams smoothly. Arrange to set the question papers, spot valuation, Post Examination work, Declaration of Results.
• Strictly maintain the confidentiality Team work with discipline, punctuality and Integrity

Note: In addition to the above committee, when Malpractice Cases are reported the following members are to be included in the committee. HOD / Concerned BOS of the Subject Subject Expert Observer

• The Primary role of an Admission committee is to evaluate and select students for admission in to a programme ensuring a diverse and eligible student body
• U.G admissions are made through 'DOST'
• For the P.G Non - professional courses admissions are made through "CPGET"
• For the P.G Professional courses admissions are made through "ICET"
• For the Management quota the committee reviews applications, evaluate and makes recommendation.
• It must ensure that the admission process is fair, transparent and compliance with all regulations and policies.

• Its primary function is to advise and support the library by influencing policies, guiding budget allocation and promoting library usage.
• It ensures the librarys' resources and services are well-managed and accessible.
• It helps to establish rules and guidelines for library operations.

• Promoting welfare and interests of students and staff from these Committees'.
• Implementation of Reservations - Scholarship, admission, Appointment, Promotions, Grievance, Redressal, Scholarship, recruitment, Awareness Programme.

• Carrier Guidance & Counselling. Remedial coaching -life skills, personality development.

• It focuses on the well being and empowerment of Minority Students from religious linguistic minority groups-Educational equality Awareness - on Scholarship programmes Govt. Schemes, & other Opportunities. - Counseling and support. Ensuring safety & Security.

• It is established to support and empower students and staff belong to the other Backward classes to provide equal opportunities.
• Provide platform to Grievance Redressal – Admissions, Scholarships Compliance with reservation norms

• Primary responsibility include reviewing and approving research proposals, ensuring ethical compliance and adherence to regulation, and provides guidance and support to researchers.
• It monitors research progress, promotes collaborative and develops research strategy
• Responsible to prepare the Guidelines/By laws for the promotion of Research in all aspects conduct/participation seminars/conferences Recommends Financial aid to be given to the applicant.

Organizing and managing events to communicate special occasions, anniversaries, or milestones. It plays a vital role in fostering community engagement, promoting cultural events and ensuring smooth conduct of celebrations/festivals. Its Responsibility is planning and organization; Logistics; Budgeties, promotion, Event execution, community engagement, Documentation & Reporting.

• It is Constituted to review and evaluate the effectiveness of Academic programes, departments and faculty. Primary function is to ensure the Quality and relevance of academic activities and to provide recommendation for improvement.
• Review of Lesson plans, Assessing Teaching effectiveness, Taking Feed-back from Students, Stakeholders Continuous improvement in Teaching and learning process by adopting the best practices- improving instruction- assessment for the programme development.

Its' main role is to prevent and address Ragging, a form of harassment that includes acts of violence, humiliation and discrimination against students

• It should provide an opportunity to students to participate in diverse activities which promote their Holistic development.

• Its role is to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students and faculty.

The Committee is responsible for planning and preparing time tables for the conduct of regular theory and practical classes, and ensuring that departments are assigned and equitable number of classes during the academic session / semester

Anti-Sexual Harassment Committees' (ASHC) are specifically constituted to address complaints of sexual harassment and create a safe and harassment-free environment. It investigates complaints and Provides support to victims and implements measures to prevent future incidents.

A Team of experts that provides guidance, support, and best practices within a specific area of expertise for an organization, Traning and Enablement.

Develop and deliver training programmes workshops, with the aid of MNCs, organizations which leads to the development of skills among the students for their successful placement.

Alumni Association: Includes the Management and Administration, faculty as its prominent members along with a Group of students volunteers who represent themselves as members of the alumni association and work to connect with the institution -Assist the events, mentorship programs, Fund raising serves as a bridge between the Alumni and the college. -Engagement & Net work: -Alumni events, reunions social gathering Strengteen Alumni network Provide guidance support-Students of Alumni

• To keep track of sports activities attended by students from outside the college, both within and beyond the University, and to foster a culture of healthy competition and excellence in many sports disciplines.
