Digital Library
The libraries provide web-based information reference service with Wi-Fi and internet-based acquisition of information, from publications, electronic journals. Digital Library is equipped with 15 systems & 10 laptops with internet speed of 8mbps for the students & faculty who wish to browse on the internet for any such information useful for the upliftment academically.
Facilities are also available for down-loading the E.Journals for which we have entered into understanding with– DELNET , so far we have downloaded 526 E.Journals covering different subjects and useful for the students and faculty as well.

Library
The mission of the Library is to provide information services, access to bibliographic, full text digital and printed resources to support the scholarly and informational needs of the institute community.
The central library has been setup in area of 1200sft with unique features. It is developed scientifically and systematically with sophisticated furniture with a seating capacity of 250.
Facility & Services:
- Library has a collection of 32694 volumes.
- It has Open Access Library system.
- All the stakeholders of the Library are given to make use of E-Journals and E-Books (N-LIST) services towards Academics and Research.
- The Library has also a member of INFLIBNET and DELNET. There by providing online facility for documentation, browsing and referencing.
- Providing Reference service.
- News paper clipping service.
- Display of New Arrivals in respect of magazines, journals and books.
- Camera surveillance to safeguard the Library resources.
- Photo copier facility is arranged for the students and staff.
- Reading room with 10- News papers and 24 Journals.
Working Hours:
The library works on all Academic working days and summer vacation as follows for the benefit of Students and Staff.
Week days: 8-00 am to 8-00 pm
Sunday: 9-00 am to 4-00 pm
During Summer Vacation: 10-00 am to 1-00pm.
Wi-Fi Facility
Our students have 24 X 7 wireless connectivity providing access to enormous amount of information available on the World Wide Web.The Students as well as Staff with their Laptops can access to internet anywhere in our campus.
Seminar Hall
There is as separate Hall with a seating capacity of about 150 that is used for conducting seminars, culture programmes, students' events and other important events of the institute. In addition to this, state-of-the-art conference facilities available for business meetings, conferences, training, special events etc. The College is having 2 seminar halls. All are aesthetically designed Seminar Hall where all the important workshops and seminars are held. The seminar hall is facilitated with the latest technology and is equipped with projectors. It can accommodate upto 100 students and interactive sessions are taken up by the teachers.

Computer Lab
Vaagdevi college is equipped with state - of – art computer labs and active – learning classrooms. It features integrated Technology throughout out the campus, is a part of one of the most wired campuses is home to several study spaces for students to work in groups or individually, and is supported by a dedicated technical support faculty.

The lab features a collaborative work space with free –floating desks and screens to facilitate hands-on group work, as well as a digital white board.
A dedicated study lounge for U.G. and P.G. Students available 8 A.M to 8 P.M daily. Quiet an closed-off the study center lounge features comfortable lounge chairs, private desks, and computers that are up-to-date with the latest software specific for tutoring sessions.
Waiting Rooms
A Spacious Hall with adequate seating and required amenities is provided for girls. Some news papers and reading material is also provided in the Hall. It enables comfort to girls to spend their leisure time and prepare for the subjects.
Hostels
At Vaagdevi college ,separate hostels for boys and girls are established with best facilities and homely atmosphere in hygienic conditions. The students behavior will be monitored bt strict vigilance of the wardens.
