General Instructions for Students
Office Hours
- Office Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on all working days.
- Lunch Break: 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Office Guidelines
- Applications for issue of certificates such as (Transfer, Study, Bonafide and other certificates) should be addressed to the principal.
- Certificates will normally be issued within Three to Five working days from the date of application.
- Requests requiring certificate issuance in less than 24 hours will not be entertained.
- Students are expected to pay all prescribed fees on or before the notified due dates.

Student Code of Conduct
- Every student is accountable to the Principal, faculty members, and other authorized college officials for maintaining appropriate conduct.
- Students are expected to be punctual and maintain the required attendance in both theory and practical classes.
- Participation in academic and co-curricular activities such as seminars, workshops, and guest lectures is compulsory.
- Regular and timely attendance in all classes is mandatory.
- Students should regularly check and follow all notices and circulars shared through the official WhatsApp groups and institutional email.
Dress Code
The college encourages decent and modest attire to promote a disciplined academic environment.
Uniform Days
Students must wear the prescribed college uniform on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Formal Dress Days
On Wednesday and Saturday, students may attend in approved formal attire.
Clothing displaying offensive language, inappropriate images, or objectionable symbols is strictly prohibited.
Girls
Permitted:
- Salwar Kameez
- Jeans or formal pants paired with knee-length tops
- Chunni, scarf, or stole is must.
Not Permitted:
- Sleeveless dresses
- Cold-shoulder outfits
- T-shirts
- Crop tops
- Torn jeans / ripped jeans / distressed jeans or destroyed denim
- Frocks

Campus Rules
- Wearing the college ID card is compulsory while on campus. Entry without a valid ID card is not permitted.
- Mobile phones must not be used inside classrooms during instructional hours, and charging personal devices on campus is prohibited.
- Ragging in any form is strictly forbidden and is punishable under the law.
- Any inappropriate, defamatory, or offensive content posted about the college or its staff on social media may lead to disciplinary action.
- No student may organize events or programmes without obtaining prior approval from the Principal.
- Four-wheelers are not allowed inside the campus. Students with two-wheelers must register online at the beginning of the academic year for parking permission.
- Students should utilize the library during free periods. Sitting in corridors or on staircases is discouraged.
- The Management reserves the right to revise these rules with the approval of the Academic Council whenever necessary.
Admission Guidelines
Important Information
- The institution reserves the right to cancel admission if a student fails to comply with admission regulations or is found ineligible.
- Requests for Group change or Second Language change will be accepted only before the completion of all DOST admission phases. No such requests will be entertained after the DOST admission process is completed.
- Students who withdraw / cancel admission during DOST Phases due to genuine reasons has to pay processing fee for further proceedings.
- If a student wishes to cancel/withdraw his / her admission after the completion of all DOST phases, the student is required to pay the total applicable course fee as per the college rules.
- Undergraduate programmes must be completed within 3+2 years, while postgraduate programmes must be completed within 2+2 years.
- Students may enrol in certificate courses during their programme to earn additional academic credits.
- Students can choose either Sanskrit or Telugu or Hindi as their second language. Any request by the student to change their Second Language option must be forwarded and recommended by the respective Class In-charge or Admissions In-charge.
